Sanitary Pad

Using a sanitary pad is very easy; you just have to follow a hygienic routine. This starts with washing your hands with soap. To use a sanitary pad, you have to take it out of its wrapper. Make sure to remove the release paper that covers the sticky part of the pad before using it. Put this sticky side of the pad on your knickers. If you are using sanitary pads with wings, you must wrap them around the sides of your knickers. Note that the narrow end of the pad is to be fixed on the front and the wider end should be fixed on the back. Always wear the correct size, clean, cotton knickers to avoid misplacement of the pads and leakages. That’s it. You are all set to soar high. Just remember to wash your hands when you are done.
