Order Processing

You will be notified through your registered email ID, and WhatsApp with order no and the estimated time of delivery.

To track your order please click the Track you order page from our website and enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email, you should have received it.

Yes, you can, within 24 hours of order. You can change the order quantity, delete or add the products, or change your shipping address or mobile number.       

Payments

To ensure a convenient purchasing experience, we provide a variety of payment options such as Debit/Credit cards, UPI, and Net Banking. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available.

Shipping

We take the utmost care to deliver the products through our trusted logistics partners as fast as we can. However, depending on the location, the average delivery time will be 5 to 7 business days. In the event of any unforeseen delays, periodic updates will be notified to you on time.

No, shipping is entirely free if the order value is INR 799 or more. Based on your location a small shipping fee is charged for orders with less than INR 798 in value.

Cancellation

You can cancel your order, within 24 hours from the Orders menu on the My Account page. However, once the order has left our facility cannot be recalled.

Within 6 to 8 working days of the order cancellation, the money will be refunded to your account as per the payment mode. If not, send a message via WhatsApp at +91-8807951690 or [email protected]. We promise that you will receive a refund.

We are unable to accept any returns once an order has been delivered because sanitary hygiene products are so personal. However, if you have any problems with the products, we would be happy to help.

Please send us a notification via email at [email protected] or WhatsApp at +91-8807951690, along with pictures of the damaged goods, within 24 hours of receiving them. We will replace the products in 6 to 8 business days. Please don’t redirect the product to our warehouse/office.

This may very rarely occur due to the shortage of inventories. We will get in touch with you. If the entire or portion of the order is cancelled.
